Positive: The apartment is tiny but is well laid out (except for the bedroom). Terrace with an open sea view. Parking space. The hosts accepted to shorten my 7 night stay to 3 nights (did not meet them, by phone). Negative: You need to be fit just to get to the apartment (especially with luggage). From the parking you go up at least 25 stairs and the rest is uphill. So I ended up bringing up only part of my luggage. No privacy, the walkway for other apartments is right in front of the apartment. Constant foul smell coming from the bathroom. Had to leave the window open all the time. They rented the apartment knowing very well that the shower was practically unusable. The top shower head had only 4 rows out of 10 trickeling water and the handheld shower head was totally broken and splashed water in every which way. The box-bed is cramped between the walls and you have to get in by the foot of the bed. No joke, at the foot of the bed there's a plain wooden panel with a metal door bolt that kept falling (the kind of bed you would find in a mountain cabin). The pillows are more like big hard cushions and I used a folded towel to replace them. So the word "luxurious" is overrated. At one point the apartment was renovated, "nice" would be more appropriate.

Very difficult to get to the room at any given moment. Due to the up hills stairs location and parking Positive: The property is quiet Negative: As a guest you do dishes take out garbage do your own check in and do your own check out. As well as transportation is very important but highly expensive
